Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
All state and federal privacy, data protection, and anti-harassment laws

You certify and agree that:

You have a permissible purpose under applicable law for each search;
You will not use the Services for stalking, harassment, fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity;
You will comply with all opt-out requests and “do not call” registries.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Scrape, copy, reproduce, or resell any data without express written permission;
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site;
Violate any person’s privacy rights or engage in doxxing;
Use the Services to target, harass, or intimidate individuals;
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.

6. Payment & Billing

Some Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
